You don't see phone booths anymore. This one actually does not have a phone inside of it. I guess with cell phones, no one really needs phone booths anymore. This one seems to be in an off place, but it is across the street from the old prison.
I don't think we have any phone booths left in our town, but there are a few open-air pay phones at gas stations. I like that you shot this in black and white.
Pay phones are becoming a rarity. I've used my cell phone from Boston to Beijing. The pace of things we once depended on being swept away by new technology gets faster and faster.
