Do you have a lot of new construction going on in your city? We seem to, at least commerical construction. Although, it does not seem that we have anything going into the new buildings, just new buildings going up.

We seem to have a lot of new construction going on here too. Unfortunately, there's been a lot of abandoning of the core neighborhoods of the city and moving west and south here. The only businesses that seem to want to go into the old buildings are payday advance places. Not so nice.
Hee! Exactly the same thing here in Jackson. They build up loads of retail space and it sits as empty as all the old retail space.
