Friday night was my first attempt at photographing fireworks. I did not think they came out so bad for being my first time.
Our 4th of July celebration is one of our bigger festivals. I will be featuring pictures from Salute to America 2008 all week.

Your pictures turned out great. This was my first year at trying to take them. I like how you can see the street below. It gives it a personal feel.

This is great technique! You have to know the drill to shoot fireworks effectively and you nailed it.
This is a wonderful shot... I am not very good at night shots even with my fancy camera so it must be the photographer!
