This is the bust on front of the prison from yesterday's post. It is a bust of Alexander Monroe Dockery, governor of Missouri from 1901-1905, when this building was built.

This is a very good photo of a charming building. I've never heard about it. It looks a bit like a rural English stately home. I hope it gets the restoration it desreves.
