Jefferson City has an Amtrak station. Currently there is a contest underway to rename the different trains that travel through Jefferson City. One goes west to Kansas City and the other east to St. Louis.

Hmmm. Why does the Amtrak station feature the 911 emergency number so prominently? Maybe should call the number if the train is on time.
